Chuck bought me an early Mothers Day gift. He ask a family friend to cut and highlight my hair. It's the first time I have ever highlighted my hair, and had it profesionally done. I love it and I think Aly did a great job!!!

Job Search

Well unfortunately the job in Stockton fell through. But I am moving on. I found out that a family friend works at a Medical Billing Company and mailed me an application. I brought it to them on Thursday and within two hours I got a call. Here is how it turned out.

Phone Rings:
Alli: Bailey go get the phone for mommy, Its on my bed.
Bailey: Okay mommy
Bailey: Hello, Hi I'm Bailey, Whats your name? Hi, Okay Bye.
Bailey hands me the phone...
Alli: Who is it Bailey???
Alli: Hello?
Big Valley Med Billing: Hi, this is Sharon from Human Recourses, you have a cute answering service. We would like to see you on Monday at 2pm.
Alli: Yes that would be great, I asked her to just get the phone for me, not answer it.

OMG I think that if I get that job, Bailey is going to be the reason for it. Hee hee. I love that child!!!

Seasonal Blocks

So I recieved these wooden blocks from our friends Ben and Natalie. I couldn't decide on what to paint. I had 6 blocks and painters block. So my husband gave me the best idea. Paint and decorate each side of the blocks to the different seasons. Best idea ever!!! I love my husband. So I painted, sanded, and thanks to my cricket, cut out letters and shapes and mod podge them on. And they turned out so great that I am thinking of making them to sell. So let me know what you think and if you would like to purchase them I would be happy to make them for you. I am thinking of starting them out at $17.00 and I can ship them within two days. Here are pictures from our second Giants Game this season. It was so much fun. We went and met our friends Brooks and AmyAnn and to our suprise, Amber and Mike Garriety came as well. They were sitting in a different section but no one around us showed up so they came and sat with us. It was a blast. We all had the best of time. Mike cracked me up with his wind up radio listening to KNBR Giants Radio. I need to get Chuck one of those. Thanks for being our friends guys! We love you all!!!

My Night to Cook

Well since I have been a stay at home mom, I have learned a lot about cooking and have not been afraid to try new things or... old things. Like Pork Chops (and apple sauce). So on my first try to make pork chops, the smoke detector was not my friend. I felt so bad for my husband to have to hear it over and over again and swore that it was going to be well worth it. After the 8-9th time of the alarm going off dinner was finally ready and very delicious!!!
